I know I have a challenge to accomplish, and what I did last weekend is not a good start to reach my goal, I ate a lot of chocolate cake hmmmmm!!!!! I been so badly and I almost kill myself eating chocolate and cookies, pansit and lumpia for whole night. Since I stayed late, I didn’t manage to wake up and go to gym, just lay in bed, and wait to get ready for another heavy breakfast ohhhhh that’s horrible the blueberry pancake was fantastic and again I forget my goal I took three pancakes, for sure nobody can say no when the food show up in your face sweet!!!
Well in spite of forgetting my goal, I forced myself to go and watch the Bahrain Air show, and yes I made it, spend my day under the sand with strawberry milkshakes man again I’m out of control..
I guess that’s very bad start and not a good sign,,,, Let’s see what happen next..

Ketchup

If we say condiment it is something to use to give a special flavor to food, such as mustard, spices, or ketchup :) hmmmm that’s me, i start using that nickname when i got here in Bahrain on 2007 and when my friends start calling me ketchup. I love ketchup that’s why I like my name because its kinda "saucy" and I know i can give a special flavor to my life, for almost four years here in Bahrain I did a lot of things a good and bad, all same routine wake up, go work, spent time in a bar, got wasted, got drunk , spent money unwisely, have fun with my girlfriends, go some places in bahrain just be there without appreciating it, cried when get hurt, revenge if possible, and be fool. But I learned to be strong, to be independent, to live and think right, now its 2010 I want to do something more evocative, to change my routine into something useful and learn more. Start this year I will challenge myself to reach my goals and it will start first in a simple way.
Here are my challenges;
1. Last year I always spent money to enroll on an expensive gym FITNESS FIRST. Pay too much money just to keep myself fit, and reach my dream abs but nothing happen, means no improvement. Now, my goal is to work more, less money and get my dream abs.
Target time – 69 days.
Challenge - to have my dream body.

2. I’m not good in English, how to deliver speech, and how to construct a correspondence, I’m not good also in grammar hmmm okay spelling sometimes.
Challenge – Read 30 books with minimum 300 pages
Target Time – 281 days.
Goal – not only to beat the target time, I should also understand the book and learn from it.

3. Last year I spent my weekends going out in a bar, now I want to spend my weekend exploring Bahrain.

I have to take a picture on each place and post a blog about what I found interesting on that place.

4. Last Challenge is to visit the BSPCA, spend at least one hour to volunteer to take care of the dogs..
All my obstacle and achievement, interesting or not will be posted to my blog. This is my first blog and I hope by doing this will help me to change my life and I learn everything. I know from others this is a simple task, but for me this will be my big challenge and will prove something to myself. I know I can do this coz Ketchup is more than just a condiment.
